Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 1, 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Quick Medical Cards. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By using the Quick Medical Cards website or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Quick Medical Cards connects patients with licensed physicians for telehealth medical marijuana evaluations. We do not sell medical products. Physician approval is not guaranteed. The fee you pay is for a consultation with a licensed physician, not for a card, certification, or prescription. Any medical decision — including whether to certify you for medical cannabis — is made solely by the evaluating physician.
To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the state you select during your application, and have a qualifying condition recognized under your state's medical marijuana program. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information throughout the process.
You authorize Quick Medical Cards to charge the payment method you provide for the consultation fee. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor, PaymentCloud (NMI). Sales tax, where applicable, is included in the displayed price.
If the physician does not approve you for a medical marijuana certification, you will receive a 100% refund of your payment. If you are approved by the physician, your payment is non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Full details, including how to request a refund, are on our Refund Policy page.
Patients may cancel before their scheduled appointment for a full refund. Cancellations after the appointment begins are non-refundable. To cancel your appointment, email support@quickmedicalcards.com or call (631) 555-0192.
The physicians who perform evaluations are independent, licensed medical professionals. Your evaluation does not create a doctor-patient relationship with Quick Medical Cards. The physician's decision is final and based solely on your medical information and their professional judgment.
Depending on your state, you may be required to register with your state's medical cannabis program after receiving your certification. State registration fees, timelines, and requirements are set by your state and are outside our control. We will provide guidance, but we cannot guarantee state approval or processing times.
Cannabis remains a Schedule I controlled substance under federal law. State laws vary, and you are responsible for understanding and following the laws in your state and locality. Quick Medical Cards and its providers are not responsible for any legal consequences related to your use or possession of cannabis.
Consultations take place by secure video or other electronic means. You acknowledge that remote care has limits and may not fully replace an in-person examination. Some states impose additional requirements before a recommendation can be made.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful medical and personal information. You are responsible for joining your appointment on time with a working camera and internet connection, and for following all recommendations from your evaluating physician.
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Service are owned by Quick Medical Cards or its licensors. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The Service and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quick Medical Cards is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
