Upload your records
If you have prior medical records or a prescription history, our team will request them by email. Many states require documentation of a qualifying condition.

Meet your physician
You'll get a scheduling link for a private video visit with a physician licensed in your state — most patients are seen the same or next day.

Receive your certification
Approved patients get a signed recommendation by email, plus step-by-step help registering with your state's medical cannabis program.

What it costs

A flat $149 evaluation fee, charged only after a physician approves you. State registration fees are paid separately to your state program.
