Apply this morning, meet your physician this evening. Appointments run in 15-minute slots from 9am to 9pm ET, every day of the week — including weekends and holidays.

- Apply in less than 5 minutes. Finish the application and upload your ID.
- Pick the next open slot. Times remaining today appear first. Slots are released back to other patients if payment isn't completed within 20 minutes.
- Join the secure waiting room. After payment, join your video visit at your scheduled time.
- Get certified. Approved patients are submitted to the state program right after the visit.
Need a different day? You can reschedule yourself from your patient portal up to 24 hours before your appointment.
