Refund Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Clear terms, no fine print. Here is when Quick Medical Cards issues a refund, how to ask for one, and how quickly it reaches you.

1. Our Commitment

Quick Medical Cards connects patients with licensed physicians for online medical card evaluations. We stand behind the service we provide: if we cannot deliver the evaluation you paid for, you get your money back. This policy explains exactly when a refund applies and how to request one.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You qualify for a full refund in any of these situations:

  • You are not approved by the physician. If the evaluating physician does not approve you for a medical marijuana certification, your payment is refunded in full.
  • You cancel before your appointment. Appointments that have not yet started can be cancelled for a full refund.
  • You change your mind quickly. Refunds are available when requested within 24 hours of purchase and before your evaluation has been completed.
  • We could not deliver due to our own error. If a technical problem on our side prevents your evaluation from taking place, a full refund is issued automatically — you do not need to ask for it.

A refund is not available once your evaluation has been completed and the physician has approved your certification, or once your certification has been issued, because the physician's time and expertise have already been provided.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@quickmedicalcards.com with your order number and the reason for your request, or call (631) 555-0192 during business hours. Our support team confirms every request by email, usually within one business day. You may also write to us at Quick Medical Cards, 9 Burrwood Ct, East Northport, NY 11731.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout within 5–7 business days. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We would rather fix the problem for you. If something went wrong with your order, please contact us before starting a chargeback with your card issuer — we resolve valid disputes promptly, and a chargeback can delay the money getting back to you.
