Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 19, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Quick Medical Cards. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Quick Medical Cards website or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.

2. Medical Consultation Service

Quick Medical Cards is a technology platform that connects patients with independent licensed healthcare providers. We do not practice medicine, provide medical advice, or guarantee that you will receive a medical marijuana recommendation. The fee you pay is for a consultation with a provider, not for a card or prescription.

3. Who May Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a state where medical marijuana is legally permitted. Our services are only available in jurisdictions where medical cannabis use is authorized by state law.

4. Compliance with Law

Cannabis remains a Schedule I controlled substance under federal law. State laws vary, and you are responsible for understanding and following the laws in your state and locality. Quick Medical Cards and its providers are not responsible for any legal consequences related to your use or possession of cannabis.

5. Provider Relationship

Any medical decision, including whether to recommend cannabis, is made solely by the independent licensed provider you consult. You do not form a doctor-patient relationship with Quick Medical Cards. Providers are not employees of Quick Medical Cards and are not paid to recommend cannabis.

6. Telehealth Limitations

Consultations may take place by video or other electronic means. You acknowledge that remote care has limits and may not fully replace an in-person exam. Some states require an in-person exam before a recommendation can be made.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are responsible for maintaining the technology needed to access the Site and for following all treatment recommendations from your provider.

8. Privacy and HIPAA

Your personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA where it applies. Some records may need to be disclosed to state authorities as required by law.

9. Payments and Refunds

You authorize Quick Medical Cards to charge the payment method you provide for consultation fees. Refunds are only considered when a provider evaluates and declines to recommend you for a medical marijuana card.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Site are owned by Quick Medical Cards or its licensors. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Site without our written permission.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, including hacking, spamming, impersonation, intellectual property infringement, or any activity that interferes with others' use of the Site. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

12. Third-Party Links and Providers

The Site may link to third-party websites or independent providers. Quick Medical Cards is not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or privacy practices. Any transactions or disputes with providers are between you and the provider.

13. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use the Site at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quick Medical Cards is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Quick Medical Cards, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Cumberland County, Maine, administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for violations of these terms. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

18. Contact Us
